To register your team, by selecting the division you played in, then select your team. Please check the status boxes for each of your players.
1.) Player is playing in the tournament
2.) Player would like to be added to the player pool. Please a a contact number. A max of three players from a team can be added to the pool.
3.)Player is not going to play or does not want to be entered in the player pool
Fill in the captain's name, email and cell number. Finally, click the "send your registration" button

Team CSR will be determined by the four highest CSR numbers of selected team players.

1.) Team divisions will be determined by the sum of the four highest selected player CSR number.
2.) Total points (not frames) will determine the match winner, No more wins and losses with a race
3.) Matches will be handicapped using the same handicap system we use for our 2025-26 leagues
4.) Teams will be split into divisions based on their Team CSR number.
5.) Division I will remain unchanged as far as players can play on two teams max and each team can only have two master level player
6.) Division II and III there will be no more moving from one team to another. If your team is out of the tournament, you cannot move on to another team you have played with. Please pick your team wisely.
7.) Subbing in the tournament can only happen on a per match basis. Meaning that once you fill the line up for a match, those four players must play that entire match. You can change up your line up in the next match with a new player.
8.) Each year we are asked to bend the rules for teams that do not have enough players to play. Our league is 28 weeks long. If you plan on playing the end of the season tournament, plan out enough back up players in case something comes up. Fail to plan is planning to fail

We require an email address and mobile number of the captain so that we can contact them with any changes or updates to the tournament.

After you submit the form you will receive a receipt email to verify that we have received your request.

There will be no more switching from one team to another in the division II and III. Pick a team to play on and you have to stay with that team. No more jumping to another team once one is out of the tournament.
